What we collect
- Sign-in data. When you sign in with Google or GitHub we get your name, email address and avatar. We do not store passwords.
- Keys and balance. Your KLINCH keys, balance and top-up history.
- Request data. For each API request: time, model, token count and cost. We need it to charge your balance and show usage in the cabinet.
- Chats and projects. If you use the chat or the agent in the cabinet, messages, files and projects are stored in your account so you can come back to them.
- Connected services. If you connect GitHub or extensions, we store their access tokens so the agent can work with your repositories. You can disconnect them in settings.
- Technical data. IP address and browser details to prevent abuse and rate-limit requests.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use your requests or chats to train models.
- We do not show your chats or keys to other users.
Who receives your requests
The text of a request is sent to the developer of the chosen model, or its partner, to generate the answer, and is handled under that developer’s policies. Do not send data you are not willing to share with third parties: passwords, card numbers, other people’s personal data.
Cookies and analytics
- A session cookie keeps you signed in to the cabinet.
- The site uses Google Analytics for anonymous visit statistics.
- Site pages may show Google AdSense ads, which use their own cookies. You can control ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.
Where and how long data is kept
Data is stored with cloud providers (Cloudflare and a database provider) over encrypted connections. Backups are kept for up to 30 days. Account data is kept while the account exists.
How to delete your data
You can delete chats and projects in the cabinet. To delete your whole account, write to us in the order chat on FunPay or through the feedback form in the cabinet: we will delete the account and its data, except payment records needed to settle disputes.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the last update is at the top of this page.
