Full refund
- The key did not arrive in the order chat.
- The key does not work and we could not fix it within 24 hours of your message.
- You paid by mistake, have not confirmed the order on FunPay yet, and the key was not used.
Unused balance
If within 14 days of purchase you decide the service is not for you, write in the order chat. We will refund the unused part of the balance in proportion to the pack price. Spent tokens are not refunded: the models have already processed those requests.
When a refund is not possible
- The balance has been spent.
- The key was blocked for breaking the terms of use.
- Bonus tokens received for free (for a review or a promotion) are not exchanged for money.
How to request a refund
- Write to the seller in the order chat on FunPay with the order number and the start of your
kl_live_…key. - We check the balance and request history and reply within 24 hours.
- The refund goes back to your FunPay balance under the marketplace’s rules.
If we cannot agree, you can open a dispute on FunPay and the marketplace’s arbitration will decide.
