1. What KLINCH is
KLINCH is an independent service that gives access to language models from different developers through one API key and one balance. KLINCH is not an official product of Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, DeepSeek or any other model developer and is not affiliated with them. Model names belong to their owners.
2. Key and balance
- A
kl_live_…key is issued after you pay for a token pack and holds your balance. - The balance is charged for the tokens actually processed, at the prices shown on the site and in the cabinet at the time of the request.
- The key is access to your balance. Keep it like a password and do not publish it. Requests made with a key count as made by its owner.
- Unused balance does not expire while the service runs.
3. Payment
Token packs are sold on the FunPay marketplace. Payment, order confirmation and disputes follow FunPay’s rules. Prices on the site are in US dollars per 1M tokens; the final pack price is shown in the FunPay listing.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for anything that breaks the law, the model developers’ usage policies or other people’s rights, including:
- writing malware, attacks or intrusions;
- sexual content involving minors;
- spam and fraud;
- reselling access in a way that overloads the service for other users.
If you break these rules we may limit or block the key. If a block was a mistake, write to us and we will look into it.
5. Availability and models
- We aim to run the service around the clock but do not guarantee it will never be interrupted. Model status is on the status page.
- Models and prices can change as developers release new models and retire old ones. The current list is always in the cabinet and under Models.
- Model answers are generated automatically and can be wrong. Check important results, especially code, calculations and legal, medical or financial information.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the balance used in the disputed request. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or how you use model output.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date of the last update is at the top of this page. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
